Lullu.ai (hereinafter “Lullu”, “we”, “our” or “us”) develops and provides software that enables car dealers and their organizations (our “customers”) to automate and manage customer support via phone, email, chat and other channels (our “service”).

Data collection practices

We collect personal data in four primary ways:

• Personal data you provide when you create an account as an organization or user, use our service or contact us.
• Personal data we receive from your organization (our customer) and other sources, e.g. when we receive your email address to invite you to the service.
• Data from third-party integrations or use of our API, as approved by your organization.
• Information entered by you or your organization, or other information generated by your use of the service and/or personal data automatically collected from your device or via our website.

The above data may be shared with subprocessors.

What personal data do we process, and why?

Basic personal data

This includes essential data such as name, address, phone number, email and demographic information.

When you create an account with Lullu, we ask for information such as your name, email address and company name. We need this information to customize your account and send you important product updates. We never sell your personal data to other companies.

Financial information

This includes the information necessary to issue invoices and receive payments.

If you choose to continue with Lullu as a paid subscription, we ask for your payment details and the address invoices should be sent to. Your credit card details are sent directly to our secure payment provider and are not stored on Lullu’s servers. We store your billing address to collect payment and send invoices.

Product-related content

We store the content you upload or receive on your Lullu accounts on our servers so you can use the product as intended. We store this content as long as your account is not deleted. If you delete your account, backups of your data may be retained until the backups are rotated.

Support-related content

When you send an email or message to Lullu with questions, we store this correspondence, including your email address. We do this so we have a history of previous conversations we can refer to if you contact us again.

Cookies and marketing

A cookie is a text file stored by your browser. It can help remember login details and preferences on the website. It can also collect information such as browser type, operating system, pages visited, visit duration and other click data. You can adjust your cookie settings and choose to accept or block individual cookies in your browser. Note, however, that some parts of our service may not work correctly if you disable cookies.

To deliver the service you have requested, we use subprocessors to run our applications and deliver Lullu to you. This may include hosting, payment processing, email delivery and analytics. We work to ensure that all data processors and subprocessors meet our privacy and security standards.

How we protect your data

We take the security of your data seriously. All data is encrypted with SSL/TLS when transferred from our servers to your browser. This ensures your information remains secure during transfer.

What happens when you delete your account?

When you decide to delete your account, your content will no longer be available after a reasonable period. We ensure your data is deleted from our database. Data at our subprocessors is deleted in accordance with their retention policies. Note that billing information and invoices may be retained longer in accordance with accounting legislation.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability to the extent provided by applicable data protection legislation. Contact us if you wish to exercise your rights.

Updates to the privacy policy

We may update this policy as needed to comply with applicable rules and reflect changes in our practices. When we make significant changes, we update the date at the bottom of this page and take other appropriate steps to inform our users.
